Kenzie - aka James MacKenzie - entered the Celebrity Big Brother house back in 2005 as the fresh-faced, lean-bodied cutie from pop-rap band Blazin' Squad.

Fast forward 6 years and he's unrecognisable.

Now a personal trainer and gym owner, Kenzie, 25, is twice the size he was before and brimming with confidence.

The smouldering Essex boy now has bulging arm muscles and a ripped torso - the result of punishing workouts with The Only Way Is Essex smoothie Mark Wright.�

Kenzie's also added house DJ and model to his CV and is good mates with Big Brother 11's John James Parton.

Kenzie owns Studio 23 gym in Hainault, Essex.
