The 'Desperate Housewives' actress is reportedly a fan of making her own face-max and thinks the caffeinated remains from her morning drink are perfect for giving her a healthy glow.
A source told National Enquirer magazine: "At least once a week, Eva mixes used coffee grinds with olive oil and lemon juice to make a facial mask.
"After she has friends over for coffee, she's ready for her facial."

Eva, 36, isn't the only celebrity to have an unusual skin treatment.
Her close friend Victoria Beckham reportedly credits £100 Geisha Facials, a paste made from nightingale droppings, for improving her acne-prone complexion.
A source said: "When Victoria was in Japan she was admiring the local women's clear skin and discovered it was down to these facials.
"She was intrigued and when she got back to the US she found that some New York beauty salons now offer the treatment.
"She tried it and loved how great her skin looked. She also uses a cream derived from nightingale poo at home."
