The talk show host, 46, says the six weeks she devoted to rehearsals and performances took its toll on her personal and professional life, and she can't wait for things to go back to normal.
"I don't feel like I deserved any of the scores that I got, but still I am ironically pleased to be going home," Williams told PEOPLE backstage Tuesday night, right after she was eliminated. "I have neglected personally [my] 10-year-old son, I have a 12-year marriage and I've got a talk show that demands my attention."
As for her partner Tony Dovolani, Williams says she'll miss several things about him in particular.
"There are a number of things, actually, I will miss about Tony, including him asking me to please stand straight," she told reporters. "As a woman of a particular age, it's going to help me as I approach osteoporosis. This was a fun experience, but I think it's time for me to go home."
While Williams wasn't able to give a straightforward answer about missing her partner, she didn't hesitate sharing the best part of her Dancing experience overall.
"Craft services," she said. "Guacamole and lots of good salad dressing."
