It doesn?t hit theaters until October 14th, but ?Footloose? is already generating all kinds of hype thanks to a hot new trailer.
The remake of the 1980s classic is set in the conservative town of Bomont, where public dancing was outlawed following the tragic party-related deaths of five teenagers in a car crash.
And when newcomer Ren MacCormack (played by Kenny Wormald) hits town, he begins to challenge the cultural norms and wins the heart of the preacher?s daughter Ariel (played by Julianne Hough).
Directed by Craig Brewer, ?Footloose? also boasts big names like Dennis Quaid, Ziah Colon, and Ray McKinnon.
