Besides driving teenage girls crazy, Justin Bieber also has a few fans in the hip-hop world. The 17-year-old collaborated with Kanye West and Raekwon for the 'Runaway Love' remix and is hoping to raise the stakes for his next album."I would love to work with Jay-Z," Bieber told the BoomBox. "Just a cool fun record."
Coming off of an amazing couple of years that provided him hit records and a hit movie, Bieber, who took home a total of six awards at the Sunday (May 22) night Billboard Music Awards, remains humbled by his accolades. "I'm amazed to get any awards, but I really like the [Top] New Artist [award]. It's great to be acknowledged anywhere, but just to have that respect, it feels good."
As for that future Jay-Z and Bieber collaboration, that might not happen for a while considering the 'Blueprint 3' singer has been hard at work on a joint-album with West. Titled 'Watch the Throne,' the two rappers are reportedly finishing up the effort, so Bieber might have to wait a little before Jay-Z can pencil him into his schedule.
