Celebrity personal trainer Cornel Chin, who regularly works with two members of the Royal Family, says it's clear 27-year-old Pippa puts in serious effort to maintain her figure.

'She's blessed with good genes - look at her mum - but she also spends a lot of time working out to look this toned,' he says.

'Running is great for keeping fit but to really exercise your bum and thighs, work in some hills or steep inclines,' advises Cornel.

'Factor in a 30-minute run each week as part of your cardio exercise.

'Build up by combining short bursts of sprinting with bouts of slower jogging.'
