There were no details available on the agreement, but the source tells E! News, "It's been settled."
Sheen's attorney Mark Gross and Mueller's attorney Lori Howe met with L.A. Superior Court Judge Hank Goldberg today, after which, an upcoming custody hearing set for June 9 was taken off the calendar.
"There are no upcoming court hearings in this case," says the source.
Sheen's rep declined to comment on the custody settlement. Attorneys for Mueller and Sheen have not responded to a request for comment.
Mueller's mom helped her daughter with caretaking duties while Mueller continued to undergo out-patient treatment for substance abuse issues. Charlie's ex is one of the stars of Paris Hilton's new show, The World According to Paris, but she understandably skipped the premiere party last month.
"She didn't want to have to answer all those questions last night and she is staying out of the club scene," a Mueller pal told E! News.
Meanwhile, next up for Sheen could be more face time with his lawyers if he chooses to challenge his current arrangement with Denise Richards.
Sheen pays both Richards and Mueller $55,000 a month in child support.
