Troubled actress Lindsay Lohan has tested positive for alcohol and has been ordered to appear in court this morning.TMZ is reporting that Lohan was tested twice last week for drugs and alcohol, while serving her sentence under house arrest, and she tested positive for alcohol.
Lohan is currently serving a four month house arrest sentence for stealing a necklace from a Venice, California jewelry store.
This is a violation to the terms of her probation and the 24-year-old actress has been ordered to appear in front of Judge Stephanie Sautner at the LAX Airport Courthouse on Thursday (June 23) morning for a probation violation hearing, RadarOnline.com is reporting.
A source is quoted saying, "Lindsay tested positive for alcohol. The judge in her DUI case, Judge Elden Fox said she couldn't consume any alcohol while on probation. The probation department has prepared a report, and Lindsay will be in court tomorrow."
Source are also saying that the Los Angeles County Probation Department will ask the judge to take Lohan out of house arrest and throw her in County Jail.
It is reported that the Probation Department is also angry that Lohan has been hosting parties while under house arrest.
