Abiah Jones fell from the upper half of the huge wheel at around noon on Friday as the ride was still moving.

Investigators said Jones, 11, fell from the ride?s car into the entrance/exit area of the Ferris wheel.
Police didn?t see any signs of horseplay and Abiah was alone in the carnival ride?s car that secures with a double latch.
The tragic accident happened during the boardwalk?s annual Education Extravaganza, which is a day for students and teachers to enjoy the beach and amusement rides.
Captain Lynn Frane of the Cape May County Prosecutor?s Office confirmed the girl died on Friday after emergency response was called and she was taken to a local hospital.� Abiah was pronounced dead about 45 minutes later.
The 156 foot tall Ferris wheel is one of the largest on the East Coast and is about the height of a 10-story building.
