Actress Lindsay Lohan is in court today for a preliminary hearing over the alleged theft of a necklace from a high-end jewelry store in Los Angeles.
Lindsay Lohan will find out today if her case will go to trial over the theft of a $2,200 necklace from a jewelry store in January.
The owner of the jewelry store, Kamofie and Company, and another employee there on the day Lohan took the necklace will testify today.
The actress does have a bit of good news in that she landed a role in ?Gotti: Three Generations? and the sequel ?Mob Street?.
Lindsay stated, ?I?m really excited to be back on set and clear up all the misinterpretations about me and show this is what I love to do.?
If Lindsay is convicted on the theft charge, she could face her third jail sentence.
