Lily, 26, wore a white gown a lace overlay and lace sleeves by French designer Delphine Manivet.
The singer?s father, Keith Allen, gave her away in today?s ceremony.
Lily Allen and building construction owner Sam Cooper have been together since July 2009 but had already been friends for years.
Allen has previously described Sam as the ?love of her life?, adding,� ?Sam treats me differently. He?s told me he?ll look after me forever.� That?s what I?ve always wanted ? someone to look after me.?
We?ve just learned that Lily Allen not only has her wedding to celebrate but is also pregnant!
Her wedding designer, Manivet, stated, ?It?s beautiful that she is pregnant, and I am very happy for her. She is very happy about that ? it is something wonderful.� For me, and for her too, when you?re pregnant you want to show that, but also be respectful, so the dress was perfect for her for that moment.?
Sam reportedly revealed their baby news to wedding guests today.
Lily?s pregnancy comes seven months after she miscarried her baby, when she was already six months into her pregnancy.
