Reese Witherspoon and Jim Toth wed on Saturday in an intimate wedding ceremony at the actress' ranch in Ojai, California.Reese Witherspoon is no longer walking the single girl line -- she and agent Jim Toth tied the knot in an intimate ceremony Saturday night.
The 35-year-old actress and her beau wed at her 6-acre Ojai, Calif., ranch in front of 120 guests, according to usmagazine.com.

Heather Rosenfield, Witherspoon's best friend, acted as her maid of honor while Robert Downey Jr., Scarlett Johansson, Tobey Maguire and Renee Zellweger were among the A-list stars attending the 20-minute ceremony.
The actress' kids (with ex-husband Ryan Phillippe)�-- Ava, 11, and Deacon, 7 -- also participated in the ceremony, the gossip website reported.
Witherspoon wore a custom-made Monique Lhuillier gown while Toth, 40, and the children walked down the aisle to "Tennessee Waltz," a nod to the "Sweet Home Alabama" star's southern roots.
The happy couple exchanged wedding bands designed by William Goldberg, who also created Witherspoon's 4-carat $250,000 diamond engagement ring.

Toth and Witherspoon got engaged in December after they began dating in January of last year.
On Friday, the bride-to-be was seen hitting the Kinara Salon and Spa in Los Angeles, Calif., for some last minute -- shoeless -- pampering before hitting the Vanessa Bruno show store, eonline.com reported.
This is the second marriage for Witherspoon, who divorced Phillippe in 2007 after seven years of marriage.
