They didn't want him dead or alive per se, but New Jersey cops think they've caught up with the guy who burgled Jon Bon Jovi.
Nicholas Tracy, 21, was�found Wednesday hiding in a third-floor�bathroom of a house in Middletown Township when police were summoned to the scene by a tripped burglar alarm.
Authorities believe he is the thief who made off with $100,000 worth of jewelry form Bon Jovi's $22 million estate earlier this month, Detective Lt. Stephen Dollinger of the Middletown Police confirms to E! News.

Tracy is suspected of stealing from the "Livin' on a Prayer" rocker and two of his Navesink River-adjacent neighbors over the course of a month, ultimately making off with a bauble haul worth upward of $500,000. The Bon Jovi break-in was April 3.
A resident of Beachwood, N.J., Tracy was still locked up in Monmouth County Jail in lieu of $100,000 bail as of Friday afternoon.
He has been charged with four counts of third-degree burglary and three counts of second-degree theft.
Many of the stolen items have been recovered by police, according to the Asbury Park Press.
