Gwyneth Paltrow Covers ?Self? Magazine

Gwyneth Paltrow put down her cookbook and guitar and�worked on her rockin? body for May?s issue of Self Magazine.� Paltrow has been busy promoting her new cookbook, My Father?s Daughter.

Although Gwyneth didn?t spill to Self about any pregnancy rumors, she did dish about healthy eating and exercise.� Gwyneth�spills some of her�diet and exercise�tricks,�?I do 45 minutes of cardio five days a week, because I like to eat.� I also try for 45 minutes of muscular structure work, which is toning, realigning and lengthening.� If I?m prepping for something or I?ve been eating a lot of pie, I do two hours a day, six days a week for two week.?� Personally, I go for the walk around the block to burn some calories, but Gwyneth is more in demand than I am.

Gwyneth is slated to guest star on Glee again and recently had dinner in London with Matthew Morrison.� She?s been snapped a lot lately leaving restaurants and even has a food magazine in the talks.� This is a lot of food talk for such a skinny lady.
