Kelly Osbourne was seen smooching a 'blond, British' dude with 'a long beard' in Los Angeles.

Kelly Osbourne will fight for her (mystery) man. A source at Beacher's Madhouse in Los Angeles on Wednesday tells us Osbourne, who is the creative director of the Moulin Rouge-style joint, was with a new man who wasn't singer Rob Damiani. She even took a break from her job to order two "vodka on the rocks" from the bar for her and her date, a handsome "blond, British" dude with "a long beard" who looked to be in his 30s.

Osbourne, who broke up with fianc� Luke Worrall last July for cheating on her with a preop transsexual, then went backstage, and in her absence, our source says the Brit boy began chatting with a "hot brunette." Upon her return, Osbourne grabbed the guy's hand and chided the woman. "You know he has a girlfriend" ? meaning her.� Later, our source spotted Ozzy's kid "grabbing" and "kissing" the guy around 2:15 a.m. as they waited for the valet to deliver their car.

Charlie's fan fail

Charlie Sheen is winning at losing fans ? like top deejay Todd Pettengill of WPLJ 95.5 FM's "Scott and Todd in the Morning Show." Pettengill had planned to take the comely cast of his new reality show "Model Home" to the after-party for Sheen's stop at Radio City Music Hall on Friday, but he changed his plans after he learned of the organizers' ridiculous demands.

Weirdly, the shindig was at a Carlstadt, N.J., club called Dragon Fly where, a source close to the situation tells us,� it cost $45 just to get in the door. Big spenders who wanted a table had to shell out a minimum of $3,000 and as much as $10,000 to be seated near Sheen's VIP tent. Suckers! Sheen reportedly didn't make it to Dragon Fly until 1:20 a.m., dispensed a few Sheenisms and high-fives then left before 2.

Pettengill and his model guests, including Lexz Pryde and Victoria Martini, partied at new SoHo nightspot Lair instead, where the ladies could have given Sheen a lesson on entertaining crowds as they danced on the bar.

Alexa Chung's no matchmaker

Don't call Alexa Chung a matchmaker. At Sony Ericsson's Xperia Play party at the Mondrian Soho Hotel on Thursday, we asked the fashionista if the stories were true that she had brokered a romantic connection between actress Kiera Knightley and rocker James Righton of The Klaxons.

Chung looked momentarily confused then replied. "I didn't do that. ...No." Since she's a mutual friend of both Knightley and Righton, we couldn't help but ask if she'd confirm that they were an item. "I'd rather not answer that!" Chung replied with a big grin. Her friends have since been caught kissing by paparazzi in London.
