At least one person close to Jennifer Aniston doesn't seem to still have hard feelings about her divorce from Brad Pitt: Courteney Cox.

Cox, Aniston's best bud since they began working together on "Friends" in 1994, and Pitt bonded during a dinner in Hollywood on Wednesday.

And though the two were part of a large group celebrating their manager Cynthia Pett-Dante's birthday, People.com reported they spent a fair amount of time just talking to each other.

"They hugged and kissed when they greeted each other," a witness said, adding they were "chatting" and "catching up."

"They both seemed happy and totally relaxed, very at ease," the source said. "And they were both smiling the entire time. It didn't seem awkward at all."

Aniston, 42, and Pitt, 47, divorced in 2005 after five years of marriage, amid rumors the actor had an affair with Angelina Jolie.

Pitt and Jolie, 35, have been together ever since and are raising six children together.

Aniston infamously told Vanity Fair a few months after the breakup that her ex-husband seemed to have a "sensitivity chip" missing when he agreed to a W magazine spread that portrayed Pitt and Jolie as a married couple.

During the course of Aniston and Pitt's marriage, Cox, 46, spent a lot of time with the now-former couple. Pitt even appeared on a 2001 episode of "Friends."

Cox reportedly comforted Aniston after the split, and Aniston returned the favor last year when the "Scream" star separated from husband David Arquette.
